System Information

In DIFFS, Pop-up Nozzle is installed flushed onto the Helideck. They are spaced evenly to produce a uniform spray and coverage.

Advantages

• Wind Conditions would not affect the extinguishing effectiveness.
• In a Helicopter accident, parts from the crash could block the Foam Monitors and would render them ineffective.
• Pop–up Nozzle which is evenly spaced has uniformed spray with total coverage on Helideck.
  According to CAP 437 Edition 6, DIFFS is strongly recommended to be used on the Helideck.
